Shipping Policy

  1. General:

-We usually ship out the product in 1-2 working days (Sunday holiday). Upon placing the order, the customer receives an order confirmation email.


- Complaints regarding the delivery of shipments/damage/wrong status marked for delivery should be raised within 05 days of the delivery date. 


- Shipping charges which are shown at the time of check-out are final. 

 

  1. Cancellation:

-We can help with the order change or cancellation only before the products are shipped out. Please notify us within 4 hours or before 12 PM whichever is earlier from the time of placing an order. Please use info@mfpfoods.in with your order id.

 

  1. Cash on Delivery:

-Cash on delivery is available on all orders.
