Return & Refund Policy
This Refund policy describes how we handle refunds/replacements.
If the product you have received is demonstrably past its shelf life at the time of receiving it, we are happy to issue a free replacement.
MFP Foods does not assume liability for products that were stored improperly.
Since all our products are freshly made and have a shelf life of 4 days, we can not offer returns on products once sold. If you receive damaged/expired products you may write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you with a refund or replacement.
A customer can only cancel an order after it has been placed if the order state is listed as "pending" under Order History. Order cancellations must be made no later than six hours after the order has been placed. You can modify the status in your Account area or send us a mail to cancel your order. We would not be able to cancel the order if the goods have already been shipped.
MFP Foods has complete right to decide whether an order should be canceled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by MFP Foods and accept MFP Food's decision.
